Confidentialité à Blackjack Trainer

You can use the core trainer without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, or with Apple in the iOS app, we store the account information needed to keep your progress connected to that sign-in: your Google or Apple account identifier, email address (for Apple, this may be a private relay address), email verification status, and your Blackjack Trainer display name. For Sign in with Apple we also keep a token from Apple that lets us revoke the sign-in when you delete your account.

The app also stores training data such as rules settings, bankroll history, strategy accuracy, mistake history, leaderboard records, ranked challenge progress, weekly recap state, and sync metadata. Anonymous leaderboard entries use a random local identifier generated in your browser.

If you become a Supporter, we store your subscription status and start date, your chosen cosmetic preferences (table theme, card backs and faces, leaderboard name accent, and supporter-heart visibility), and a reference identifier from our payment processor used to manage the subscription. We never receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe, or by Apple for a subscription bought in the iOS app.

We use your data to run the trainer, remember your settings, sync progress across devices, submit leaderboard scores, show ranked challenge results, and help you review your training history.

Blackjack Trainer is an educational practice tool. It does not offer gambling, betting, financial, legal, or professional advice, and practice results do not guarantee real-world casino outcomes.

The Supporter tier is entirely optional — the core trainer is free, and Supporter unlocks the advanced practice toolkit (Casino Realism, custom drills, custom index plays, and tracked Bankroll Lab sessions) plus cosmetic extras (table themes, card backs and faces, and a leaderboard name accent). It does not change the rules, the odds, or your grading.

Supporter checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. Card and payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy; we do not see or store them. We store only your subscription status, start date, chosen cosmetics, and a Stripe reference used to keep your perks in sync. If you subscribe without signing in, the subscription is linked to a random identifier saved on your device, and we also keep the email address you gave Stripe's checkout so the subscription can be added to your account when you sign in with that email; it is removed once the subscription is on your account.

In the Android app, Supporter is a Google Play subscription. Google processes the payment through your Google account under Google's privacy policy; we never see your payment details. The app passes Google's purchase token to RevenueCat, which verifies it with Google and tells us the subscription's product, status, and renewal and expiry dates, which we store with your account (or, if you subscribed without signing in, with a random identifier saved on your device).

In the iOS app, Supporter is an App Store in-app purchase. Apple processes the payment through your Apple ID under Apple's privacy policy; we never see your payment details. RevenueCat verifies App Store purchases for us: it receives your Blackjack Trainer account identifier (or, if you subscribed without signing in, a random identifier saved on your device) and the App Store's record of the purchase, and tells us the subscription's product, status, and purchase, renewal, and expiry dates, which we store with your account.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings, which opens Stripe's customer portal, Apple's subscription settings for an App Store subscription, or Google Play's for a Google Play subscription. Cancelling stops future billing; your cosmetic perks remain until the current period ends and then pause.

Sign-in uses secure, HTTP-only authentication cookies. These cookies are needed to keep you signed in and are not readable by app JavaScript.

The app uses browser local storage and session storage to remember training progress, settings, sound preferences, anonymous leaderboard identity, pending sign-in state, and short-lived UI choices. The service worker may cache app pages and assets so the trainer loads faster and can recover better when the network is unreliable.

Blackjack Trainer uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookieless page-view analytics. The app may also use Azure Application Insights when configured by the site operator. Application Insights events are used to understand app health and training feature usage; authenticated user identifiers sent to telemetry are hashed rather than sent as raw Google IDs or email addresses.

If you send feedback through the feedback button, your selected sentiment, optional comment, and a small training snapshot may be sent to Application Insights so we can understand the context of the feedback. Do not include sensitive information in feedback comments.

Public leaderboards show display names and scores. They do not show your email address, Google or Apple account ID, or local browser token. If you are a Supporter and leave public recognition on, your leaderboard name may also show a supporter heart and your chosen name accent; you can hide the heart from Settings.

We use service providers that help operate the app, including Google sign-in, Sign in with Apple, Azure storage and telemetry, Cloudflare analytics, Stripe for processing optional Supporter subscriptions, and Apple and RevenueCat for Supporter subscriptions bought in the iOS app. These providers process data according to their own policies and the services they provide to the app.

How to delete your Blackjack Trainer account (in the iPhone app, the Android app or on the website): 1. Open Blackjack Trainer and sign in with the account you want to delete. 2. Tap the gear icon (Settings, bottom right). 3. Open Account. 4. Tap Delete account and confirm. If you can no longer sign in, email support@blackjacktrainer.fyi from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.

What happens right away: the account is deactivated and cloud sync stops; your name comes off the leaderboards, the Daily Challenge and the Ranked Challenge (hidden, or shown as “Former player”); a Sign in with Apple connection is revoked; and a website (Stripe) Supporter subscription is cancelled so you aren't billed again, with your extras lasting until the end of the period you paid for. An App Store or Google Play subscription is billed by Apple or Google and can only be cancelled there: cancel it in your device's subscription settings.

What's deleted, and when: for 30 days you can change your mind by signing back in, which restores everything. After 30 days we permanently erase your account record (email address, account identifier and display name), your synced training data and bankroll, your leaderboard and Ranked Challenge entries, your badges, your Supporter and purchase records, and any feedback you sent with your email attached. Past Daily Challenge boards, the Ranked Hall of Fame and the weekly streak archive keep their rankings, with your name replaced by “Former player” and no link to you.

What's kept: training data stored only on your device stays there until you clear it (Settings → Reset All Stats, or uninstall the app). Purchase receipts are kept by Apple, Google or Stripe under their own policies. Analytics events, which carry only a hashed identifier, and anti-cheat logs tied to a device token expire within 90 days.
